Pasta Cake



This cake was made for a groom who loves pasta. He eats it every morning for breakfast! Could this not be more perfect for him?



The cake was first covered in ivory fondant. Then, the entire cake was covered in fondant spaghetti which had been made ahead of time. The other types of pasta, such as the ravioli, were made by hand from ivory and chocolate fondant and they were also dried ahead of time, too. The fun part was assembling the cake! It certainly took a lot of time to make, but the end result was so worth it! I hope you enjoy looking at it.
