Wednesday is a great day to get a head start on our decorating.  If we can make pieces ahead of time, we do it!  For instance, sugar paste flowers, confetti and animals can all be made ahead of time, and in many cases, should be make ahead of time.

-fondant bride & groom to be added to a two-tier wedding cake.

-centers that will be used for sugar paste flowers that will make a small bouquet as a cake topper.

At ten minutes to five Becky, an employee at the bakery, turned to me and said, "The counter always looks so good at the end of the day!"  I could not agree more.  Nothing is more satisfying than seeing the fruits of your labor scattered across the counter!   After eight (or more!) hours of crossing things off of your to-do list you see light at the end of the tunnel!  It is a good feeling.
